The Content Literacy Continuum (CLC) is a tool for enabling teachers and administrators to evaluate literacy instruction/services offered within a school and to formulate a plan for improving the quality of those services. A literacy coach can use The Literacy Continuum as a foundation for coaching conversations. ELLs and their teachers are part of a continuum of digital literacy experience and skills.
